How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are freshly baked and dispatched within 2-3 working days. Delivery usually takes 1-3 days after dispatch, depending on the courier.

Do you cater for dietary restrictions?

Unfortunately, our bakes are not suitable for those with severe allergies as we handle common allergens like nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs in our kitchen.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our bakes are best enjoyed within 5-7 days of arrival. Store them in an airtight container or refrigerate for maximum freshness. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

Can you make bespoke or large orders for events?

Yes, we can create bespoke or large orders for special events upon request. Please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements!

When will my weekend order be processed?

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be baked on Monday/Tuesday and dispatched on Wednesday.

Can I customise my order?

At this time, we do not offer customisations. However, we’re always working on new flavours and options!

What should I do if I entered the wrong delivery address?

It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct delivery details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

Can I get a refund for my order?

As our products are food and cannot be resold once dispatched, we cannot offer refunds unless there are exceptional circumstances. For instance, if your bakes arrive totally squashed or damaged, we will consider placing a claim through Royal Mail. Slight damage, however, will not be eligible for refunds. If you provide an incorrect address, we are not responsible once the parcel leaves us, and no refund will be issued.

What if my bakes arrive melted during the warmer months?

While we take precautions, we cannot control melting during transit. We recommend storing your bakes in the fridge as soon as they arrive. Refunds will not be issued on this basis

Are your products allergen free?

Please note that our kitchen handles allergens such as nuts, gluten, eggs, and dairy. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
